During these 10 years, the world's top news agency, such as AP (Associated Press), AFP (Agence France Presse), Reuters, DPA (the German Press Agency) issued total 8000 news reports based on our Center's information .The Center released 535 press releases in 1998. During the year of 1998, the AP (Associated Press), AFP(Agence France Presse), and Reuters issued total 1100 news report based on our Center's information. We releaseed 703 press in 1999, and AP, AFP, and Reuters issued total 1600 news reports based on these 703 press releases. CNN and BBC (TV) quoted our reports 40 times in 1999. “中国人权民运信息中心”是世界上最著名关注中国人权状况的中国人权组织，也是世界上发布中国人权新闻最多的组织，自95年以来信息中心已发布了3000多篇重要的关于中国的独家新闻。在互联网上的任何大搜索器上搜寻有关中国人权的新闻，信息中心的名字都是出现频率最高的。近年遍布世界各大媒体的中国人权新闻多数都是由信息中心发布。98年信息中心发出人权报告535篇，99年发布人权报告703篇，90%以上的报告被世界上最著名的三家国际通讯社法新社，路透社，美联社引用，同时被全世界数千家报纸报道而有过亿的读者。几乎每天在全世界报纸上都可读到我们的报道。更加重要的是，信息中心的大部分的报道都被 ”自由亚洲电台“ “美国之音”“法国国际广播电台”BBC中文台广播回中国，而这四个电台在中国拥有5000万听众。由于“信息中心”及其主持人“卢四清”的名字在电台中出现极为频繁，故国内关心中国政治的人对“信息中心”及“卢四清”都极为熟悉。信息中心目前对西方政府及议会的影响力也越来越大，我们的报告也全部被“美国新闻处”译成英文登在供美国高层人士参考的“外国广播报道”上。99年3月美国国务院发布的“98年度中国人权报告”中有约1000个侵犯人权案例，其中约300个出自我们中心的报道。而目前各国关心中国问题的政府官员，议员，学者访问香港都会找卢四清约谈。全世界450家最有影响的电视台，报纸，杂志对卢四清及信息中心作过专访，许多登在报纸头版及整版报道。 信息中心目前的人权报告数量及被国际通讯社引用的频率几乎是另一同类人权组织的十倍，其根本原因有如下三点：(1)在中国大陆200个城市不需打IDD只需打当地电话呼叫卢四清的传呼机在香港立即能收到传呼 (2)香港与大陆无时差，可同步跟进大陆发生的事 (3) 安全：在街上找一个临时电话呼卢四清立刻会回电，公安不可能监视临时电话 (而打对方付费电话去美国100%可被公安监听)。 卢四清于16岁时在解放军中因写文章反对“四项基本原则”而被拘禁一年被开除军籍。后考入位于湖南长沙的中南工业大学。曾以非党员及非团员身份竞选担任官方校学生会及校研究生会主席。曾两年半修完大学本科四年课程且成绩特别优异提前毕业免试攻读硕士研究生，也曾修读并通过英语，德语，日语，俄语四门外语课程考试。 卢四清是“六四”时重要学生领袖，曾任高自联主席及总指挥，组织过多达二十万人的游行，示威，绝食等活动。卢四清当时曾自杀想用生命来打破僵局而换取民主进程后经抢救20小时脱险。六。四后失去一年自由并被开除学籍。93年逃港获政治庇护，94年初在香港独立创建及主持信息中心。香港回归前拒绝安排去美国，加拿大，法国自愿留港。任电脑工程师及程序员多年，对电脑极为熟悉。 信息中心在未来不仅将继续发挥其在中国人权及民主方面极其重要的作用，也会朝媒体集团方面急速发展，在未来它将发展成在国际上著名及有影响的媒体集团而成为重要的上市公司。非典型肺炎将会为中国的媒体开放及中国的政治体制改革打开一个缺口，信息中心多年来积累了极其重要且独一无二的资源，如它拥有大陆数千名朋友提供重要消息，拥有全世界独一无二的获得及证实重大独家中国新闻的能力，信息中心极有公信力及同全世界媒体，各国政府关系很好，故只要一旦时机成熟，未来的媒体集团将会急速发展而成为影响中国进程的最重要媒体之一。 |
